san FRAncisco

San Francisco

Molimo Dr, San Francisco

This San Francisco home was purchased with resale in mind. The homeowner planned to bring it back to market soon after the purchase, so our staging needed to work naturally with the home’s existing design rather than compete with it.

The original interiors blended easily with our furniture and styling, allowing us to create a cohesive look without overdesigning the space. The property found a buyer within a short period of time and achieved the high price point the homeowner had hoped for.

This project is a good example of how thoughtful San Francisco home staging can work with an existing interior and prepare a property for a high-end resale market.

PALO ALTO

Crescent Dr, Palo Alto

For this Palo Alto home staging project, the goal was clear from the beginning: position the property for the higher end of the market.

We worked closely with the homeowner to discuss the design direction and how each space should feel to a potential buyer. The home itself was anything but ordinary, with features including a private movie theater and an indoor sauna.

Our staging focused on creating a refined, cohesive look that matched the scale and character of the property. Instead of simply filling the rooms with furniture, we considered how the entire home would photograph, how buyers would move through each space, and how the design could support the home’s luxury positioning.

LOS ALTOS

Camino Real #18, Los Altos

This Los Altos home staging project was completed for a realtor we’ve worked with many times over the years. Having an established relationship makes the process much easier because we already understand the style, expectations, and level of presentation needed for the property.

For this home, we focused on creating a clean, modern interior that feels warm and inviting without distracting from the space itself. The staging uses soft neutral tones, simple furniture, and thoughtful styling to help buyers see the potential of the home.
